Mr. Mahendra Siregar

Mr. Mahendra Siregar was ordained by the Supreme Court as the Head of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on July 20th, 2022. Mahendra had served as the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs from October 25th, 2019 to July 19, 2022.

 

Prior to the position, ​he was the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia for the United States (2019), Chair of the Investment​ Coordinating Board (2013-2014), Vice Minister of Finance (2011-2013), and Vice Minister of Trade (2009-2011). Apart from holding positions in government institutions, Mahendra also held commissioner positions in corporations and international organizations.

 

He obtained a Master of Economics from the Monash University, Melbourne in 1991 and a Bachelor of Economics from Universitas Indonesia in 1986

Mr. Ogi Prastomiyono

Mr. Ogi Prastomiyono is Chief Executive of Insurance, Guarantee Institutions, and Pension Fund Supervision, Financial Services Authority (OJK) (Indonesia). He obtained a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Industrial Technology from the Bogor Agricultural Institute in 1984 and Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, United States of America, in 1994. He previously served as Strategic Service Director at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) (2018-2021) and Deputy President Commissioner at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (2020-2022).

Mr. Ogi Prastomiyono started his career at the Bank Export Import Indonesia or Exim Bank in 1986. There, he served as a loan officer in the Plantation Credit Division.

His last position at the Exim Bank was Head of Research and Development Division. In 1999 he joined Bank Mandiri and held various positions before serving on the Board of Directors, namely Head of the Compliance Division (1999-2001), Deputy Chairman – IPO Working Team (2001-2003), Managing Director Bank Syariah Mandiri (2003-2005), Group Head Compliance (2005-2006), and Group Head Internal Audit (2006-2008). And afterward, he was appointed as Director of Compliance & Human Capital of Bank Mandiri (2008-2014), Risk Management & Compliance (2014-2015), Director of Technology & Operations (2015-2016), and Director of Operations (2016-2018).

Dr. Pablo Antolin

Dr. Pablo Antolin is Principal Economist, Head of the Private Pensions Unit and Deputy Head of the OECD Financial Affairs Division. He manages the research and policy programme of the OECD Working Party on Private Pensions (http://www.oecd.org/daf/fin/private-pensions/), WPPP, a body that brings together policymakers, regulators and the private sector of almost 40 countries around the world.

His work covers issues related to the operation and regulation of funded retirement income systems.
The WPPP work aims at providing policy makers with policy guidelines to improve retirement outcomes. It focuses on the design of asset-backed pension systems, its contribution to retirement income adequacy, and the regulatory framework. The work includes collecting and disseminating standardised pension fund statistics, the OECD Core Principles of Private Pension Regulation, and the OECD Recommendation for the Good Design of DC Pension Plans. The main publications are the OECD Pensions Outlook, Pension Markets in Focus, Countries’ Pension Reviews, and monographs on specific retirement issues. Antolín has a PhD in Economics from the University of Oxford and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Alicante (Spain)

Mr. Iwan Pasila

Mr. Iwan Pasila is Deputy Commissioner for Insurance, Guarantee Institutions, and Pension Fund Supervision, Financial Services Authority (OJK) (Indonesia). He obtained a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1992 and a postgraduate degree in actuarial science from City University, United Kingdom, in 1996. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BRI Life (2020-2023) and CEO of Mandiri Inhealth (2014-2020). Iwan started his career at the Insurance Directorate of Indonesia's Ministry of Finance in 1993. There, he served as an analyst for ten years. In 2003, Iwan joined AIG Life, Indonesia, as Chief Actuary until 2008. In 2008, He served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at AXA Mandiri until 2013. Afterward, He was appointed as CFO of CIMB Sun Life from 2013 to 2014.

Ms. Siti Rakhmawati

Siti Rakhmawati is the Investment and finance Director at Dana Pensiun Telkom. She has extensive expertise in investment strategy, pension fund management, and financial risk assessment. She holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, both from Telkom University. Siti is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) charter holder since 2012 and in 2022 get a certifications in CFA Institute's ESG investing and BNSP's assessor in pension fund risk management.

An active leader in the finance and investment communities, Siti serves as an Executive Board Member and Head of Advocacy for CFA Society Indonesia and represents Indonesia in the Mercer CFA Institute Global Pension Index. She is also involved in several industry initiatives, including the Indonesia Pension Fund Association and the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Mr. Moch Muchlasin

Head of Department of Guarantee Institutions, Pension Fund, and Special Supervision. In his role, he is responsible for carrying out risk-based supervision for all types of voluntary pension plans as well as universal pension scheme under mandatory Social Security Act. He is currently involved in road map for pension fund project and is pursuing a regulatory framework to harmonized mandatory universal pensions and voluntary private pension programs as mandated by 2023 Financial Services Omnibus Law. He is graduated from the Universitas Indonesia with Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting.
He studied management and employment relations in School of Industrial Relations and Organisation Behaviour (IROB) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW)- Sydney, Australia and completed his Master of Commerce degree in 2004. He worked at Directorate General of Financial Institutions – Ministry of Finance and Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervision Agency since 1994 on various roles in Development and Regulation Division, Examination and Enforcement Division and Complaint Handling Department in Pension Directorate prior to the establishment of integrated supervisor of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2011.
